Q: What will my custom woven labels/hang tags/care labels/size tabs cost?
A: Custom…That's just it, please contact us for an accurate complimentary quotation.

Q: Can I receive samples?
A: Yes. We offer free samples. Fill in the form on Request More Information page and we'll send them right out!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Production lead time is 2-3 weeks, most often sooner.

Q: Do you offer design services?
A: Yes, We can create a design for your labels, hang tag and more! Email our Design Studio, and we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Q: Can I submit my own existing artwork for my order?
A: Yes, we will need your artwork in .jpg format, preferably 300 dpi. Please indicate actual label size, folds, (if any-as well as type; end, miter, center) as well as any specific colors you would like to use. If you require artwork, we can do that too! Email our Design Studio.

Q: Will my custom woven label look EXACTLY like the artwork?
A: The factory produces thousands of labels every month. They have extensive knowledge, and experience with this, and work VERY hard to reproduce your design as closely as possible utilizing an industry standard color matching system. Please keep in mind that woven labels are just that, woven, not printed. Threads are woven together, and different colored threads can influence the overall color of the woven label. Consult with our Design Studio if you should have any questions or concerns regarding your design.

Q: How Long Is The Quotation Good For?
A: Quotations will be sent via email to address provided, and are valid 30 days from date of email.

Q: What will be the charge for shipping and handling?
A: Shipping varies slightly depending on quantities and products ordered. We will include that information with our quotation.

Q: I'm ready to order…how do I pay Woven Labels Plus?
A: Payment is made via Paypal. Accepted methods of payment via Paypal;Visa, MC, Check or Money Order. Once you accept our quotation, we will send an invoice via email. Upon receipt of payment in full, we will send your work into production. All CA orders will be charged 7.375 % sale tax.
